Le Moulin is a 17th century water mill, newly restored to a very high standard and taking advantage of the traditional proportions of local architecture: built over cellars with high ceilings, tall windows with wooden shutters, and the large stone chimney breast. Light and airy, the Moulin remains cool in summer. The entrance leads into to a south facing salon and cloakroom, with French doors opening onto a sunny terrasse with table and chairs and views along the valley. The main room is spacious and airy with a kitchen/sitting room with wood burning stove and range cooker and table and chairs (space for 8).		*Le Moulin*
There are three double bedrooms, two in the roof with a bathroom/WC; and the third, a large double bedroom with en suite shower and WC leading off the ground floor.
La Grange is an old stone barn of lovely proportions lying beside the mill stream. It has been converted to provide a clean, stylish modern interior, taking advantage of the original windows, the honey coloured stone walls and the oak roof timbers set off by an Italian tiled floor,The ground floor is long elegant room, about 50m2, with 2 french doors opening onto the large shady terrasse with table and chairs for 10-12 people, and a third leading to the garden and pool. The ground floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with wood burning stove and a large oak dining table which can seat 10. In front of the property there is a rose garden while at the back of the barn mature trees framing the open grass with paths leading to the 11 metre swimming pool, and views of the walnut orchard and the valley beyond.		*The swimming pool*

Alternatively you may rent the Grange alone, sleeping up to 6, with exclusive use of the pool, except during July and August when Le Moulin and La Grange are rented as a single unit only. Le Moulin is not normally available to rent on its own.
